Bodega negra and a stroll at high line park baedate

Located in the trendy neighborhood of Chelsea, Manhattan, Bodega Negra is one of the cooler restaurants/cafes that serves noteworthy Mexican cuisine. In addition to the home run food, Bodega Negra is minutes away from NYC's trendiest high rise park: The High Line. Pairing the two hot spots is a win/win for a successful baedate. Here's the rundown:

  • Bodega Negra is separated into two spaces: the dimly lit, romantic restaurant and the casual, trendy cafe

  • Determine what type of baedate you're on and make reservations accordingly

  • The restaurant opens at 5:30 pm (cc: baedates after 5 pm)

  • The menu's price ranges anywhere from $15-$50

  • The High Line is a five minute walk from the restaurant

  • Dress Code: Dress Casual

  • Overall Experience Cost: $50-$110 for two
